hi there.
I'm amilynn.
amy for short.
I'm a bilingual global strategist on paper but at heart, I’m a creative storyteller, curious researcher, and content developer.
Over the past decade, I’ve crafted strategic narratives for game-changing brands. I've learned inspiration can come from anywhere— from a casual chat, a data point or even a simple observations.
Feel free to take a look around but please don’t break anything.
The art of what I do
The skills I've gained in my career continue to foster my curiosity, creativity and fascination with human behavior. Even if that behavior is oftentimes absurd.
CREATIVE COLLABORATION
There's no 'i' in team as I'm sure you've heard. Collaboration has been key to every business win I've ever been part of so I'm definitely a fan.
HUMAN-FIRST RESEARCH
I've had beers with sports fans. I've talked politics with teens. I've developed studies on the evolution of cultural identity. All in the name of research. A worthy cause, I'd say.
FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT
Frameworks make the world go round. At least in the ad world. I've developed countless of them for clients looking to own their voice.
VISUAL STORYTELLING
Distilling insights into compelling narratives may be the most nuanced part of the job but it's also one of my favorite.
INSIGHTS MINING
Mintel, Helixa, Simmons. The list goes on. Digital tools are a girl's best friend and it's safe to say I've had a lot of friends over the years.
FOSTERING CULTURE
Be it rebuilding the intern program, developing
a global team building workshop, or creating "5-min discourse", fueling internal culture has always been important to me.
PROPRIETARY TOOLS I'VE DEVELOPED
the art of
what I've done
I've had the opportunity to work with amazing partners, developing awesome, strategically-grounded creative.
Here you'll find a few highlights, but the full list goes on. For quite a while actually.
Psst! Ask me about my most recent experience as a Marketing Manager at TikTok!

ADDICTION
If playlists are the modern day mixtape, I have over 100 of them. Some say excessive, I say necessary.

switch gamer
It started with Ocarina of Time way back when. Years later, BotW brought me back and TotK made me a lifer.

ROCK CLIMBING
For a Miami native, this was an unexpected turn of events but one of the best to date.
Keeping those creative juices pumping takes a lot of work but only if you consider climbing, puzzling and music listening (+ playing) work.

EXPERIMENTation
Mom plays piano. Stepdad, bass. Brother, drums. Call it familial guilt. Call it destiny. Either way, I'm giving it a go.
